Arrow Of DEATH

This arrow is fashioned from a magical tree. The steel  is created from the iron forge of the deepest dwarf mines, and the enchantment from some of the most powerful wizards known in the materiel plane, yet its magic is still not quite perfect.

This is a magical arrow which has a chance to kill an enemy with a single arrow. Instead of roiling for attack roll 1d20 do not add proficiency or dex. if you get a 20 the arrow casts power word kill. Otherwise the arrow hits anyway, on any hit it is crit damage except for a natural 1. The arrow is destroyed after it hits it target.

Notes: Damage: Piercing, 1 Single arrow.
