Amulet of Fish Face has 2 daily charges lasting 10 minutes activated by saying "blub blub" during which time the wearer learns what species of fish or ocean dwelling life are within a 200 foot range of them in all directions. The wearer gains the ability to breath underwater while the charge is active, but their face is pulled into a fish face and they cannot speak clearly except to fish while the charge is active.
