If you make a successful attack against an enemy with this weapon, have them roll a Con save of 16. If they fail, reduce their movement speed by half for 1 round. If they succeed, this does not apply.
Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
