The Alluring Evelia is a beautiful bow crafted from the Velkhana, an ice dragon. The bow itself is an elegant work of art, that appears almost too fragile to use. However, like a solid block of ice, the bow is extremely durable. When an arrow is nocked, it is immediately transformed into an ice shard which magically flies through the air like an arrow would.
You have a +5 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, which deals cold damage instead of piercing damage. In addition, the bow deals an extra 1d8 cold damage to any target it hits. Your Charisma score increases by 2
Raid Power: Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature's speed is halved until the end of your next turn.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
