This style of cap is especially prized by gnomes, but can be used by anyone who is of medium or small size. The item allows the wearer to pull the hat down all along their body as they disappear into it. They can do this as an action, reaction or a bonus action. Within the hat, the wearer has the option cast Misty Step. Doing so does not require a spell slot and may be done once per short or long rest. If the wearer chooses to not use the Misty Step spell, they disappear for 1d4 rounds. The hat has 10 hit points, and if destroyed, the wearer appears within an unoccupied square of the DM's choosing 30 ft. away.
The hat gives advantage on characters that are small or smaller that take the hide action.
Notes: Sleep with the hat on during a long rest.
