If the wearer casts an enchantment spell at night, the spells duration is doubled and the target has disadvantage on their saving throw.
If the wearer does not cast an enchantment spell at night, after a long rest they gain one additional spell slot of a random level. This additional slot does not stack and is reset after a long rest if not used.
