A red, apple like item, perfectly symmetrical and smooth with no blemishes. The stem that used to connect it to it's tree is a single curved stick, made of a metallic substance that is resistant to most forms of damage. A single, vibrant green leaf blooms from the tip of the stick, and while it appears to be made of an organic substance, attempts to remove it, or damage it will also prove futile. The apple has a faint glow about it, enough to illuminate a small area, and upon investigation is indeed radiating with magical energy, Divination to be precise.
The apple appears to be edible, and indeed, those who gaze upon it will begin to feel a slight hunger that is not completely natural. Upon consumption, the user will not be able to stop until the entire flesh of the apple has been eaten, leaving only the core and the stem. Once this has been done, a great wealth of knowledge will flood the consumer's mind, and they will be unable to move, as the vast knowledge of the entire universe overwhelms them. This state will last for 10 minutes, and in that time, the only action the affected creature can take is to speak aloud. In exchange, the creature is able to answer any question that is asked of them. The creature cannot see into the minds of others, however they can make reasonable assumptions based on the history of that person.
Once the 10 minutes is up, the creature must make a DC20 Intelligence saving throw, as their mind attempts to deal with the strain of all that knowledge. On a success, the creature takes 2d10 psychic damage that cannot be reduced, and 2 levels of exhaustion. On a failed save, the creature falls unconscious, and will not wake up for 2d6 minus their Intelligence Modifier (Min 1) hours. While unconscious, the creature receives the benefit of long and short rests, however they will wake up with 4 levels of exhaustion.
