Artificer Tool Belt

Over the years, you've found that having the right tool on hand is everything. You crafted this belt specifically to contain fuel cells, your tinker's tools and a small hammer, in order to be able to quickly access them for repairs & changes to your equipment. 

The tool belt can hold 9 fuel cells, a set of tinker's tools, and a light hammer. While this belt is equipped, you can change the equipped steamblade fuel cell during a short rest, unless otherwise noted. A light hammer can be drawn as a bonus action (provided you have a free hand) but cannot be used to attack unless an attack action is used to do so. This item does not provide any extra bonus actions beyond what your character already has.
