With a magical inspection it is discovered to be one of the missing crown jewels of ancient Bhaerynden
- This Sapphire is medium sized, but very finely shaped and cut into a faceted oval that fits into the palm of a Dwarf.
It hums with magical energy, having been removed from the ruins of a legendary Dwarven Rulers final resting place
If the finder is a magic user or Dwarf, they might become aware of this energy while touching the stone.
Old Bhaerynden runes are carved in to it for Dumathoin
This missing jewel will only be known by a Dwarf from the Great Rift area.
A Dwarf, not of the Great Rift area, may use Divination or Commune can reveal the items history and that it is part of The High Crown of Bhaerynden.
Identify spell, by a non-Dwarf, with only reveal the properties of the jewels, that it is one piece of a set, and can be only used by a Dwarf.
- If someone uses Divination or Commune and is not of the Dwarven Pantheon, the results will be the same.
This stone is part of a greater set; the Crown Jewels of The Bhaerynden High Crown (see item for more details)
Can only hold or carry 2 Crown Jewels at one time to benefit from both gems enhancements.
If carrying 3 or more; the gems cancel each other out.
Unless attuned and fitted into the crown
The enchantments of the crown, if attuned, will supersede any gems carried unless they have been fitted to the crown.
