Anti Ring

A simple silver Ring with three orbs, each orb being one charge.

Superior Counter Spell:
Use one of 3 charges to
Counter any attack.
Melee, Ranged, Spell, Feats, anything. Even Death.
But countering death uses all charges.
Charges do not and cannot recharge ever not even by a wish spell.

Curse:
Once this ring runs out of charges and disappears, so will your knowledge of Counter Spell.
Making you cursed to never use Counter Spell until dispelled
