Aeronaut's Armor

Once per day, if you are ever thrown overboard on an air based vehicle, you simply float in the air instead of falling to your death.  The effect lasts for 1 hour, and you can only move up or down at half your movement speed while floating in the air.

This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
