These bands of polished zinc, meant to be worn on the lower or upper parts of the arm, dont look like more than just shiny pieces of metal with no other characteristics apart from initials within the inside "B.S.". Using a 'detect magic' spell on these will reveal a sense of transmutation magic, however, even though it's transmutation it seems to have a different way of acting than usual.

These bands can be used to store the intelligence of the user to be accessed at a later date, but the process requires the user to forgo their intelligence for a length of time (dependant on how much they wish to store) to complete the process before returning to their original health. The process can be done in intervals to slowly build up the amount stored rather than doing it in one go. Once the process is complete the user can then call upon the intelligence they stored for 1 minute.

The process can take a variable of time dependant on how much intelligence the user wishes to store at that time, the user can store a number of their intelligence score points into the bands (the bands can hold a max of 5 points) but this will make the user weaker by that amount for an equal amount of days thereafter before recovering to their usual intelligence score. For example;
Storing 3 points of intelligence will mean the users intelligence score will be deducted by 3 for 3 days, the stored intelligence does not have a time limit to be used up and so the process can be done little and often if the user wished to build up the storage over time.

As a bonus action the user can call upon the intelligence they have stored and immediately add it to their current intelligence score and lasts for 1 minute, after this the bands are empty and will have to be filled again.

Nobody knows the origins of these bands or who or what "B.S." is and many theories have been made but none have revealed any answers, it seems they were born of the mists...
