Artificer vambraces

thanks to the engineering skills you have spent years perfecting you have created the perfect side tool for your job a bracer that houses 7 spells as well as a hand crossbow for quick action it also house a multi purpose tool to help fix or build anything you might need out on the field. 

with these items combined the vambraces gain the following benefit of +4 to hit and damage rolls, + 3 to spells and all abilities below:

 

Once attuned these bracers use INT as its stat for attacks and abilities, these bracers have 50 charge for the following properties. by consuming a pearl of power it regains all charges.

fireball (3rd level, 8 charges), magic missile (up to 4th level 3-6 charges), burning hands (2 level 6 charges), pyrotechnics,(2nd level 6 charges), shield (1st level 5 charges), faerie fire (1st level 3 charges), web (2nd level 4 charges) 

 

As an action, you can use this item as any type of artisan's tool of your choice. Whatever tool, you have expertise with it.

While wearing this tool, you gain a bonus to the spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your artificer spells. The bonus is determined by the +3

As an action, you can focus on the tool to channel your creative forces. Choose a cantrip that you don't know from any class list. For 8 hours, you can cast that cantrip, and it counts as an artificer cantrip for you. Once this property is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.

 

to create the artificers vambraces you need the following items 

braces of archery, hand crossbow +2, pearl of power, all purpose tool, ring of spell storing, scroll of fireball, scroll of shield, scroll of burning hands, scroll of faerie fire, scroll of pyrotechnics, scroll of magic missile, scroll of web. 

you must spent 30 days working on combining the items fusing the spells into the ring and using the pearl of power to activate them, adding them onto the braces along with the components to create a functioning hand crossbow and a cylindrical container for up to 10 bolts, and attaching the all purpose tool underslung on the braces. after such you create these artificers vambraces. 

Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
