If any creature besides a Dragonborn, Kobold, or a Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer attempts to attune to this item, they must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 18 or be turned into a dragon forever, then the artifact breaks. the DM chooses what kind of dragon the creature turns into.
While Attuned to this item, you gain the ability to sprout a pair of dragon wings from your back, gaining a flying speed equal to your current speed. You can create these wings as a bonus action on your turn. They last until you dismiss them as a bonus action on your turn. if a creature attuned to this item already has a flying speed, their flying speed will further increase to 30ft. If the wings get damaged or are removed by force thus preventing you to fly, you can regenerate them by performing a 1-hour meditation ritual for the amulet to regain its flying strength and a new form.
You gain an advantage on any ability checks related to dragons and dragon history. You also gain immunity to the damage type based on your draconic ancestry.
While attuned to this item, you gain the ability to cast the Find Familiar spell without any material components. but this trait can only summon a pseudodragon familiar.
An attuned creature can take 3 Legendary actions and 3 legendary resistances, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The creature regains spent legendary actions after a long rest.
