These wheels has 6 charges. As an action, you spend 2 charges to cast the conjure elemental spell as a 5th level spell without needing a spell slot or material components. Add this spell to the list of spells available to your class. It is always considered prepared while you have this item attuned. When cast using this items ability, this spell can produce elementals of air or fire only. 

This item regains 1d6 charges at dawn.
