The Aquiline Edge was the weapon of roguish folk hero who was known for making almost miraculous escapes. It is a simple short sword with the hilt in the form of wings and an eagle head pommel.
The Aquiline Edge allows the use of one of the follow once per day.
At Level 1: Summon a hawk familiar (Find Familiar. Does not consume a spell slot).
At Level 5: Transform unto a Sparrow for one hour.
At Level 10: Transform into an eagle for one hour.
At Level 15: Transform into a giant eagle for one hour.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
