Arch Palisman Staff

Your Palisman transforms into a staff and can be ridden in the air. It has a flying speed of 30 feet. While holding  your Palisman, you gain a +4 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your spells.

While holding the Palisman you heal 1hp per round as long as you are holding the staff.

While holding the Palisman you gain the ability to teleport 30ft as a bonus action into an unoccupied space.

You can send your Palisman to travel alone to a destination within 1 mile of you if you speak the command word, name the location, and are familiar with that place. The broom comes back to you when you speak another command word, provided that the broom is still within 1 mile of you.
