(inspired by Ira Gamagori from kill la kill)
This suit of armor is reinforced with adamantine, one of the hardest substances in existence. While you're wearing it, any critical hit against you becomes a normal hit.
forged and crafted by the greatest minds of Etria, this armor has unique abilities:
- Shackle: as a bonus action you can have the armor thrum with a magical energy and tighten around you making itself more dense granting you the ability to absorb the kinetic and magical forces raised against you granting you resistance to all damage types until the end of your next turn (note it will be smart to use a calculator to keep track of and add the damage rolls opponents deal to you it will help you later). while in this defensive state your movement is 0 and opponents have advantage on attack rolls against you, you also immediately fail dexterity saving throws and you cannot take the attack action next turn unless you are attacking yourself. you are considered restrained
- Unshackle as an action after using shackle you can unleash all that force in a 20 radius AOE attack that deals bludgeoning damage to targets you choose in the area equal to the full damage taken while shackle was active, (note: not just the half you received, but thew total rolled damage) targets must make a dexterity saving throw dc = 8 + paladin level taking full damage on a failure and half as much on success. targets who fail the save must also make a strength saving throw of the same dc or be pushed 15 feet away from you.
Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
Notes: Immunity: Critical Hits, only a paladin can wear this armor, Combat, Warding, Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
