Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Must be attuned to by the person whos blood is placed inside the gem)
An amulet made of Star Ruby in the shape of a droplet of blood with a single drop of the intended users blood in the center. A gold chain is attached to this gem to be adorned around the neck.
This amulet will stabilize the wearer were they to fail their final death save and rendering itself inert in the process and consuming the droplet of blood contained in it and then shattering.
