Once every long rest and while not in battle, you may use this amulet to summon the spirit of the Dwarf King Hrothgar. He blesses your party with 5 temporary hp. If a Dwarf is attuned to this item, everyone in the party gains 10 temporary hp, while the Dwarf gains 20.
