The necklace is wrought of finest platinum and has been polished to a brilliant gleam. The chain-links resemble tears or drops of shimmering water cascading down to a most stunning gem: a great sapphire of the deepest blue hue in a teardrop-shaped setting. To gaze upon it is like looking into the greatest depths of the deepest ocean and any who make a Wisdom save above 8 will know that this amulet is aligned with the element of water. Attunement to the amulet reveals its nature and powers (as does an Identify spell). One of a set of four Amulets of the Elements, like the others, Aquan imparts is wearer Resistance to Fire damage and imparts magical abilities of the elements to its attuned user. Aquan has 7 charges, which refresh each dawn, and imbues the attuned wearer with the following spells with their corresponding charges: Shape Water (1 charge), Absorb Elements (2 charges), Wall of Water (4 charges), and Control Water (5 charges).
