A silver amulet bearing the symbol of a glowing violet eye. The amulet glows with a faint purple aura and is held by a thick leather cord at the base, with a faint inscription etched around the Eye.

Your Constitution score is 16 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your Constitution is already 16 or higher without it.
Twice per long rest you can choose from the following effects:
1) As a Bonus Action, hold the amulet in front of you and cast the Misty Step Spell on an ally, moving them thirty feet in a direction of their choice.
2) As an Action, focus on the Amulet and cast the Magic Missile Spell (Level 1).
Empowerment: This artifact can be empowered by one's own magical aura. At the expense of taking -8 to your attack roll on your next turn, one of the missiles from your Magic Missile Spell (Level 1) deals 2d4+1 damage.
