Armor of the Hydra

Crafted from the hide of a Hydra, this armor is a crocodile green. It is an exquisite example of craftsmanship, which makes it a treasure to behold. From afar the armor appears to be made of crocodile leather, however, upon closer inspection you can tell it was a Hydra slain by an adventurer of old. Forged by Argaritai, the top monster armor smith, this Armor is a sight to behold. His creations are renowned for their ability to mimic the abilities of the monster that they were fashioned from, and this is no exception. His armor is renowned not only for its defensive properties, but as well as the overall pleasure that one gets from viewing his wonderful works.

While you wear this armor you gain a swim speed equal to your walking speed, and can hold your breath for 1 hour. You also gain some of the Hydra's regenerative properties, gaining 2 HP at the start of your turn as long as you are conscious.

You have a +2 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
