Used by Shysie's finest warriors, this amulet allows the wearer to bolster their lifeforce beyond its normal capabilities. As an action on your turn, you can speak the item's command word to activate it. Blood red, spectral armor appears on the wearer but provides no bonus to Armor Class. The wearer's current hit points are reduced to 1 and they gain temporary hit points equal to the health lost. The armor will show wear and damage as temporary hit points are lost and when the wearer has no temporary hit points left, the armor shatters. This item has 6 charges and requires a specific ritual in order to regain expended charges. The amulet must soak in the blood of a freshly killed human for an hour after which it will regain 2 expended charges. A fresh, new kill is required for every 2 charges, meaning 3 humans must die in order for the amulet to be fully charged.
