For well-being and health, again, the homestead should be airy in summer, and sunny in winter. A homestead possessing these qualities would be longer than it is deep; and its main front would face the south.

This small prismatic orb like snow globe holds a small plot of land with a building at its center. Both the  landscape and building are constantly shifting appearance from one moment to the next.

Hermit's Hovel of Many Forms has several several abilities, some are constant while a few are at will.

On Command:

With a command word the owner and their possessions are drawn into the orb and find themselves inside a demiplane with the landscape and building being ideal to their preference.  Time within the demiplane is scaled up to be  8 hours inside is 1 minute outside. Healing occurs at 4 times the normal rate for a short rest. The building always has plenty of food and places to rest.  The owner and any number of people they choose can enter the place. The demiplane expands the landscape building to accommodate the number of people.  At the Owner's command, people with the owner or the owner themselves can exit the demiplane.

With a separate command: the orb can be tossed onto the ground and transform into a building based on the owner's preferences. Inside the building is just like being inside the orb itself but no one can enter the building without the owner's permission.
