You may use this amulet to cast Spare the Dying or to cast Gentle Repose as a Ritual. This amulet takes the place of any components required by these spells. When a creature with eyes is stabilized with this item, the eyes open sightlessly and remain so until regaining consciousness. You must be proficient in either Arcana or Religion to be able to use this item.
