Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Meditate for one hour while occupying a body of water)

This amulet belonged to K'rhys, a Sea Sorcerer long thought to be a legend. The amulet is simple, just a smooth blue stone suspended on a leather strap that glimmers like the surface of the ocean. When looking at the stone, you can almost see currents and eddies of water swirling within.

After attuning the Amulet of K'rhys, you feel the strength of oceans beginning to flow through you. The Amulet of K'rhys has 7 charges, and gains 1d4+1 expended charges every day at dawn. You may expend charges to activate the following abilities:

  • 1 charge: The power of the ocean grants you resistance to fire damage for 1d4 rounds
  • 1 charge: The power of the ocean grants you resistance to acid damage for 1d4 rounds
  • 2 charges: You may cast 'Water Whip', as per the Montastic Tradition: Way of the Four Elements. As an action, you can create a whip of water that shoves and pulls a creature to unbalance it. A creature that you can see that is within 30 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage and you can either knock it prone or pull it up to 25 feet closer to you. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage, and you don’t pull it or knock it prone.
  • 3 charges: You may cast Control Water as a 3rd level spell.
  • 3 charges: You may cast Water Breathing as a 3rd level spell.
  • 4 charges: You may cast Watery Sphere as a 4th level spell.
  • 5 charges: You are able to defend yourself temporarily by assuming a watery form. As a reaction, you shift into a liquid state. While in this state, you take half damage from attacks that deal bludgeoning, piercing, slashing, or force damage, and cannot be knocked prone. You may move up to 30 ft. without invoking opportunity attacks, but revert to your normal state after moving.
