While wearing and attuned to this amulet you cannot die. When you're reduced to 0 hits points you must make one death-saving throw. On a successful save you return to consciousness at half health but take a -1 penalty to all ability scores until your next long rest. On a failed save you remain unconscious for 1d10 minutes but don't need to make death-saving throws, once that time is up you return to consciousness at half health but without any penalties.
This Amulet can also be used to resurrect the dead.Roll a d20 on a DC15 and provided the deceased hasn't been dead for more than a century, didn't die of old age they can be returned to life and their soul is free and willing, the wearer is resurrected. This is a complex process, and therefore takes 1d20 hours to be completed. The amulet closes all wounds, neutralizes any poison, cures all diseases, and lifts any curses affecting the creature when it died. The spell replaces damaged or missing organs or limbs. If the creature is undead it is restored to its non-undead form. Resurrection from death is an ordeal once the target is returned to life they are restored to their full hit point value but take -4 to all attack rolls, saving throws and ability scores. After each long rest this effect is reduced by -1 point until it is completely removed.
The Amulet has 4 charges, death prevention expends 1 charge temporarily. 1d4 charges are regained each dawn. Resurrection of a corpse permanently expends 1 charge, once the Amulet reaches 0 non-restorable charges it crumbles to dust and all creatures that were resurrected by it die.
Notes: 1d4 short rests of attunement time in which the Amulet must be worn at all times., Warding, Jewelry
