While this pearl is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot was of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. The pearl has 3 charges and regains 1d3 charges daily at high tide (dawn).

Call Sharks

While you control the pearl, you can use an action to cause the artifact to issue a telepathic call that extends in all directions for 40 miles. Sharks in range feel compelled to come to the pearl as soon as possible by the most direct route. Sentient creatures and shark deities such as Sekolah are unaffected by this call. Once you have used this property, it can't be used again for 1 hour. If the creature using this pearl has shark blood such as a wereshark or a Sahuagin, the sharks called by this feature are under the control of the user. Otherwise the sharks behave according to their instincts.

Dominate Sharks

While you control the pearl, you can use an action and expend one charge to cast dominate monster on a shark or shark like creature. Sharks with an intelligence less than 5 make this saving throw at disadvantage. Shark deities such as Sekolah are unaffected.

Blood Frenzy

While you control the pearl, you can use an action and expend one charge to cause one creature to make a wisdom saving through (DC 15) or else they must immediately use their reaction to make a weapon attack against a random target in range. If no target is in range they must move up to their speed towards the closest target and make an attack if in range.
