Amulet of disease

The amulet is bound to you if you want to take it of you have to upcast remove curse on a 5lvl slot a wish spell can do it as well 

you look frail and your skin pales and your teeth turn yellow you look thiner and weaker but you became strangly durable almost like a zombie 

Your strength score is 6 while you wear this amulet. It has no effect on you if your strength is already 6 

You have disadvantages on strength saving throws and checks. and charisma based checks other than intimidation which you have advantage

You have advantage on constitution checks and savingthros you add +5 to your concentration saves 

You became immune to poison damage the poisoned condition and diseases 

undead creatures whit less than 6 intelegence look at you as equal they dont attakc you until you attack them or they are ordered to do so you can chose 5 other creatures to be affected by this effect.
