Arrow of return

The arrow of return is a one of a kind. When the user of the Arrow shoots it will return to his hand the next turn if the arrow is in a person the arrow will do 2d4 dmg. The next turn of the person that has the arrow in them tries to pull it out they most do a Str saving throw and the end of his turn of is over 12. The person will not take the 2d4 dmg and the arrow will return to the user of the arrow
