This item has 3 charges. As an action, a creature that has spell slots can touch the crystal and spend a charge to draw a stream of power out of it. The creature restores a spell slot depending on the colour of the crystal. Blue crystals restore a spell slot of 7th level or below. Additionally, its user can cast Fortune's Favor as if it was prepared in your spellbook and the user receives +3 to Magic Attack Rolls and Spell Save DCs.
