Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a can only be attuned to animal companion)
While wearing this collar, the animal companion does not need food, water, air, or sleep. also the player that controls the animal companion can speak a command and cause the companion to enlarge or shrink at will. this works as the spell enlarge/shrink aside from duration. enlarged creatures can be used as mounts in and out of battle.
Notes: can only be attuned to animal companion
