9 of these scrolls were made by a Bullywug trickster of unknown name. The blue-green parchment is completely water proof and shows several anatomical drawings of frogs, as well as incantations from the god Ramenos. This scroll can be studied in order to copy the jump spell into ones spellbook.

Using an action to read the scroll causes 8 Bullywugs to appear in an unoccupied space you can see within 40 feet of you. The Bullywugs disappear when they drop to 0 hit points. The Bullywugs follow every command and fanatically worship the summoner, sometimes getting the summoner into trouble with the fervor of their dedication.

Alternatively, the scroll can be used to cast mass suggestion (DC 16) on any Bullywugs or any other frog like creatures.

Once used for either of these effects, the scroll dissolves into a mucus and becomes unusable.
