This amulet is a droplet-shaped, 2 inch long by 0,5 inch thick, crystal. The crystal is inlaid with gold wire.
Attunement is required for this amulet to have an effect. While attuning, the gold wire can be used as a necklace. While around the neck the crystal locates itself on bare skin above the hart, where it attaches itself to the wearer (this is a painless but intense feeling). After attuning the gold necklace turns back into the gold wire. The crystal is now attached to the skin and holds itself up.
The amulet can be removed from the skin by attuning and also takes an hour. If the amulet is removed with force (13 STR check) the wearer takes 1d12 dmg.
Inside the crystal is a space where you can store one potion. Storing a potion requires the potion to be poured in using an action. The inside of the potion accepts any volume of a single potion regardless of its size.
As a free action, the wearer can consume the potion stored inside. If the stored potion is a healing potion, the potion is automatically and instantaneously consumed when a creature takes damage that reduces its total hitpoints to or below 0.
