Add Spell Effect - Mage Armor

This item is to replicate the effects of the [spell]Mage Armor[/spell] spell. Simply equip it when the spell is cast and unequip it when it ends. Spell details:

The target's base AC becomes 13 + its Dexterity modifier. The spell ends it if the target dons armor or if you dismiss the spell as an action.
