A silver chain of adamant bears an enchanted acorn shell with a diamond nestled inside. When this acorn shell is crushed against the form of a fallen creature, the fallen creature becomes the target of the Revivify spell.
You touch a creature that has died within the last minute. That creature returns to life with 1 hit point. This spell can't return to life a creature that has died of old age, nor can it restore any missing body parts.
This is a single-use item. Once the shell has been broken and the spell cast, the shell, its diamond, and the chain dissolve into dust.
