Weapon (longbow), very rare (requires attunement by a A spellcaster)

This vibrant white sandalwood bow gleams with otherwordly energy, and veins of luminescent blue streak around it and pulse lightly.  The string is stiff, and has a heavy draw but seems to hum an old elven tune only the wielder can hear.

This bow has 6 charges and regains 1d6 charges each day at dawn.

You can expend one charge when you take the attack action to target an ally with the attack. Make an attack roll on them, and instead of firing a regular arrow, a white spectral arrow takes its place and flies towards them healing them for 1d8 + your charisma modifier.

As a reaction when someone casts a spell within the range of your bow, you can expend 3 charges to attempt to stop the casting. Make a ranged attack roll against the spell using your spellcasting ability modifier, but don't add your proficiency bonus. (The spell has an AC of 10 + the level of the spell) If it hits, the casting is halted.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, A spellcaster, Damage, Combat, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
