While wearing this amulet; the wearer gains the ability to use an action to cast a modified version of the spell Augury on themselves or someone else, where the amulet lets a much broader question be asked with the time limit being within the users assumed lifespan.
When using this amulet in this way, the user removes the amulet and holds it out like a divining stone. The amulet will sway away from the user for Woe, towards them for Weal, stay still for nothing or sway side to side for Weal and Woe. The wearer can use this amulet 3 times a day and not again till the next dawn.
