Amulet of Second Life

The amulet can be used to cast Revivify as a 3rd level spell to any creature speaking its command word (Revivify). This action is unaffected by anti-magic fields, counter magic, or dispel magic. The amulet can be used on the wearer when they fail all their Death Saving Throws after passing a DC Religion 10 check, if failed the amulet retains it's magical effect but the wearer dies and cannot use it in this way unless revived with other means. Once its properties are used the amulet turns into a regular gemmed necklace worth 50 GP and no longer requires attunement.
