Amulet of Exchange

This blue amulet thrums with a restless energy. While attuned to this item, when a creature you can see is targeted by an attack, you can use your reaction to expend a charge to magically exchange spaces with the targeted creature. You can declare this after the attacking creature has made its attack roll, but before you find out if the attack hits or misses. You and the targeted creature switch spaces and the attack is resolved against you.

This item has 6 charges and regains 1d6+1 charges daily at dawn. If you use the last charge of this item, roll a d20. On a roll of 1, this item becomes inert, and cannot be used again.
