This Item takes the form of a ball of golden string 3 feet long. This item can be crafted as stated later. This item can be used to close up any wound and heal any ailments caused by said wound. If in battle this item takes an action to use. It does not require a needle to stitch it into the recipient as the ends are very sharp. It can be used 3 times, each one taking 1 foot of the string. Once fully stitched the recipient heals 1d4 + users medicine skill worth of health, but if the recipient does not take a long rest in 24 hours the stitches will dissolve away, reopening the wound and reapply the ailments and undoing all the healing. If they are successful in taking a long rest then the stitches will dissolve away in their sleep fully healing the wound and keeping all the healing they have gained
Materials and Requirements: 3 feet of string, holy water, and 50 gold. Takes a short rest to craft. It can only be crafted by a person of divine/holy influence (i.e. Paladins, druids, clerics, etc...). The crafter must be atleast level 3 before doing so.
- Place the corresponding items into a bowl.
- Begin praying to your deity while holding both hands over the bowl
- Once the short rest is over the gold and holy water will glow yellow and fuse into the string (Since you were crafting this, you do not get the benefits of the short rest.)
