Air Elemental "Skin" Boots

Boots made out of the finest leather, sourced from the finest of mother nature's harvest by the finest mercenary to ever walk Elastra. Infused with the wind of an air elemental he roped and wrestled into a cool summer breeze .

You may use the boots ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. The boots recharge after at dawn.

As a bonus action you can activate some of the air elemental magic within the boots allowing you to move double your movement speed for 1 minute. While activated you also hover 1 foot off the ground. Difficult terrain does not hinder your movement.
