Grace - You get +1 to all spell attacks. In addition your Spell Save DC increases by 1.
Savagery - You get +1 to all attacks made while Wild Shaping.
Spirits of the Arakor - You gain a +1 to AC. In addition you may call upon the spirits of the Arakor once per day to cast 'Commune with Nature'. This ability refreshes at dawn.
Hardy Shape - Double the time you can spend in a Wild Shape before reverting.
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
