Amethyst Sunglasses

These hip, round framed glasses, outfitted with amethyst lens, darken the bright surroundings for others. When used by a dark elf, the glasses remove the disadvantage imposed by the sunlight. If someone of another race uses them, the glasses impose disadvantage for perception checks relying on sight.
