Wondrous Item, very rare
A simple red cloak with a symbol of rain, it provides no additional protection. As a reaction to a fire-based attack, you can raise this cloak and create a wall of water that covers your whole body for the duration of that attack. Damage dealt by this attack is reduced to 0, also the cloak is then torn and rendered unusable afterwards.
