Forest Warden in Elvish
This bow seems to be made of a antlers from a large deer with no bowstring on the weapon.
This weapon has a +3 to attacks and damage rolls.
When in combat the bow a string of light links the two ends of the bow. This bow takes the minimum range of a short bow but maintains the long range of a longbow while dealing 1d8 piercing and 1d4 radiant damage.
Twice per long rest you get a use of the following. The shots must be called before you attack.
Piercing Arrow - Your arrow turns into a burst of radiant energy. The target takes 2d6 radiant damage and any creature up to 15 ft behind the target take 1d6 radiant damage.
Wounding Arrow -When this arrow hits the target it takes your full damage this turn and half as much at the start of the creature's next turn.
Oracle Arrow - You project your sight through the arrow you fire for up to 10 minutes.
Healing Arrow- When you hit a creature other than yourself with this ammunition, that creature regains 2d4+ Dexterity and Wisdom Modifiers. If the creature is a friendly creature you have advantage on the attack. No effect on undead or constructs.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
