If consumed you get +6 to all stats to a maximum of 22 for 1 minute, you can understand and speak all languages, you can cast a 5th level spell twice, a 4th level spell twice, a 3rd level spell 3 times, and a 2nd level spell 5 times. And you cannot age or die.
If combined with your blood and consumed you become an elemental of your choosing, if combined with someone else's blood and consumed you become an elemental of their choice and you follow their command. The transformation lasts 1 year, and during that year the consumer doesn't age and is revived by True Resurrection one day after getting killed. When transformed back the consumer is paralyzed for one day.
Glamour aura. Anyone other than you within 30ft, rolls a DC 16 charisma save, on a fail they covet the item. Everyday they can make another save. On a success they forget about any existence of the item.
