Amulet of the Earthshaper

This amulet is said to have once belonged to the Earthshaper, the creator of the Loxodon, it has been held in reverence by the loxodon, with very few ever having been deemed worthy by the item to gain its benefits. Whilst attuned to this amulet, for any healing spell you cast, you double the number of dice rolled. You and anybody within 30ft. of the amulet also have advantage on saving throws to avoid being charmed or frightened as well as on attempts to intimidate others.
