Soul Siphon: As a bonus action, you may sacrifice 10 hit points and reduce your hit point maximum by 10 to create a shadowy black arrow that you may fire as your action either this or next round only, or the arrow dissipates. When the spectral arrow successfully hits a creature, it does 1d10+10 Necrotic Damage to it. If you use this ability to kill a creature with an intelligence of 4 or higher, its spirit is bound to the bow, which gains a charge (maximum of 5). A long rest restores your hit point maximum to its original value. You may NOT use this ability if it will bring your hit point total to 0.


Volley of the Legion: When your bow has 5 charges, you may expend all 5 charges as an action to summon the souls bound to the bow as spectral archers, who fire multiple arrows at a point you designate, no more than 600 feet away from you. All creatures within 30 feet of that point must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw. Failed saves take 5d10 Necrotic Damage, successful save take half damage. The souls bound to the bow are released and the archers dissipate.

Proficiency with a longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
